Default and late payments: Should you default on any payment obligation as called for in this agreement, Results University, Inc. or its agent will have the right to declare the entire remaining balance due and payable, and you agree to pay allowable interest and all costs of collection, included but not limited to collection agency fees, court costs, and attorney fees. A default occurs when any payment due under this agreement is more than ten (10) days late. Should any monthly payment become more than ten (10) days past due, you will be charged a late fee. An additional service fee will be assessed for any check, draft, credit card, or order returned for insufficient funds or for any other reason. If member is paying monthly dues by electronic funds transfer, Results University, Inc. reserves the right to draft via EFT all amounts owed by the member including any and all late fees and service fees. Subject to appropriate State and Federal law.

NOTICE: Any holder of this agreement is subject to all claims and defenses which the debtor could assert against the seller, or goods or services obtained pursuant hereto, or with the proceeds hereof. Recovery by the debtor shall not exceed amounts paid by the debtor hereunder.

Please note: After the initial 12-month commitment, you will have the option to renew your membership. If you choose not to renew, you will lose the right to continue using any and all materials (forms, spreadsheets, etc.) provided during the duration of your coaching membership. You will also lose access to the membership website, any and all 6-month updates, seminars, and mastermind programs. Our current policy is that once a member cancels, he/she is never allowed to return or re-register.

I understand that upon purchasing this membership, I am making a legal commitment to complete the 12-month commitment and the above chosen payments as stated in this contract.
